How to Generate Income - From the You Go Girl Video Series

As part of our Working Girls - You Go Girl Video series, we've started sharing some of our success tips to starting your own business. We think it's important to have activities that you line out monthly, weekly and daily. For example we check out and comment on our Working Girls facebook fan page daily, we update our Online Store and make sales calls weekly and monthly we send out newsletters to our manufacturer's. Whatever your business, we find that many times it's important to ASK for what you want. If you have a service business, tell people about what you do and ask to work with them. If you have products for sale, show your stuff and then ask if they'd like to buy. You will get some NOs, but it's just that much closer to a YES! Good luck!

We love this time of year, and when we are not at our computers creating new art and writing new copy, you can usually find us in the backyard. Here are just a few photos of Tonja's backyard along with the new collection of Bee Happy artwork by Working Girls. We'll be debuting some backyard photos of Jodi's house next month. We hope you are finding the time to decorate your own space, it's amazing what some fresh flowers and greenery can do to brighten your space and your mood and if that doesn't do the trick, you can always have some Wine in a Working Girls wine glass!

38th Annual UNLVino Event at Bally's

We had such a great time at the UNLVino event and helped raised money for UNLV Scholarships too! We sold the Working Girl Wine Charms, Wine Bottle Stoppers, Wine Caddies and Wine Glasses. We were definitely in the right place with hundreds of brands of wine to choose form. We can hardly wait til next year. If you missed us at the event, you can still shop us on line. We are so excited to join Southern Wine and Spirits and be a vendor at our first UNLVino at Bally's this Saturday, March 24th from 7 pm to 10 pm. So today's word over at Sunday Scribblings is "honest"and we just completed a video in which we we're very honest in answering the question, how do we come up with our ideas. In a nutshell, we look around our environment and try to create products that are unique, cuter or just plain better. We hope to inspire a lot of new business owners to get honest and find their next million dollar idea. It's a great way to live. Honestly, it is!
