New York, New York!

Our first Surtex art licensing show in New York and WOW, what a great time we had. It's always fun catching up with our Manufacturer's and meeting new friends and connecting with our fellow artists. In addition to exhibiting at the Surtex show for three days, we had a great stay at the Beacon Hotel on the upper west side. It was a suite complete with kitchen (Jodi called it a one ass Kitchen as when we both tried to use it, well it just didn't work!) We dined at some wonderful places and Tonja ate New York Lemon Bars every night! Jodi just stuck to her Lemon Drop martinis so it all worked out.  We also enjoyed the shopping at Century 21 and Fox's, two stores we don't have here in Vegas! Here's a little video we put together about our New York adventure. We hope you enjoy it, and if you're a new artist on the fence and deciding whether or not to exhibit at Surtex next year all we can say is go for it, just JUMP! You'll never know just how far you can fly if you never leave the nest!  Best, Jodi & Tonja
