A Little Humor Goes a Long Way.

So this week was a bit stressful for us. We have several projects we are trying to finish up before we head to London next month for the International Licensing Show. A wise entrepreneur once said in order to grow your business you must be willing to do those things that both excite and terrify you. Well London definitely does that! Our Launch In Stein Mart!

We had a great August and debuted our line of Working Girls Design products in Steinmart. It's been so great to get feedback from around the country of how our fans are using these items to decorate their favorites rooms and spaces. While out shopping we also found our 2013 Cocktail Calendar in Bed Bath and Beyond. Makes us want to go shopping more often!

Recharged and Ready

Well it was a wonderful July. After returning from the Gift Show in Atlanta, both Jodi and I took a much needed vacation. She headed off to Mexico with her family and I visited my extended family in Kansas. While not identical vacations, they both did the trick. We came back to a slew of work and some awfully good news. Namely, our recently developed book called Mother of the Year, a tongue in cheek advice book with slightly snarky but hilarious motherly advice. The book will be published next year by our wonderful partners at Willow Creek Press. We are so excited we can hardly stand it. We've posted a couple vacation shots along with the newly inspired work for both books and wall canvas. We are truly blessed to able to take some time off to spend time with those we love, and then equally blessed to return to a buzzing business with exciting projects on the horizon. We are always inspired by our fans so if there's anything out there in the gift market that you would love to see but aren't finding, just let us know. One of our greatest joys is bringing new ideas to market and working with so many talented manufacturer's you just never know when the next idea might just make it all the way to market. Our 4th Licensing Show!

We did it! The Las Vegas licensing show was last week and we created new artwork and expanded our booth to meet with our manufacturer's. We are excited for our new calendars and gift products to debut, in a store near you soon!
